How To Apply to Norfolk Christian Schools

Step 1) Visit: Attend one of our Open Houses or schedule a personal tour of our campuses

Schedule shadow day with the Director of Enrollment (during the school year)

Step 2) *Submit for Initial Review: 

  •  $100 non-refundable application/testing fee
  •  Application- appropriate grade level for admission with a current email address
  •  Copy of accommodations or classroom support- if applicable 
  •  Copy of most current Educational testing – if applicable 

* Submit: to the Admissions Office or email to

Step 3) *Submit the following required documents: 

  •  Original Birth Certificate- we will record numbers for state forms and return 
  •  Pastoral Reference
  •  Parent’s Personal Testimony
  •  Copy of a physical, well check or sports physical
  •  Copy of current immunization record (may be faxed by a physician)
  •  Copy of any legal/custody documents regarding the applicant

 Step 4) What we will do: 

  •  The Admissions Coordinator will confirm receipt of documents by email & schedule admissions testing
  •  Request official records from applicant’s current school
  •  Schedule Family Interview when Steps 2 & 3 have been completed and the application file is complete

 Step 5) Final Communication:

  •  Following the parent interview and student testing, the Admissions Office will notify parents by email of the Admissions Committee’s decision. 
  •  Financial Aid decisions, when requested, are confidential and will be communicated by Norfolk Christian’s Financial Aid Manager.
