SPECIALTY CAMPS
Beginner Coding Camp (3 Spots Left!)
Coding is in a block programming language designed by
professors at MIT to teach computer programming to
elementary school students. Your students will learn how to
program games, animations and more! Using Scratch and
Code.org, we will produce projects on many different
subjects. For the robotics part of camp, we will be using
Ozobots. They are small robots that look a little like R2D2
from Star Wars. Campers will program the Ozobots using
color coding and computer coding. They will program them
to turn, speed up, slow down, spin, skate, talk, play piano
notes and many other cool moves. If your student is
interested at all in technology, they will love this camp.
Week: June 26 – June 30
